Called for an appointment on Sunday, the technician Paul arrived at 10am on Monday (in a 9am-1pm window) and got right to work. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair. He gave us some tips to improve our usage of the AC to keep it in best shape possible.

A/C went out last night and I have my elderly mother here. I called Colonial and needed someone out A.S.A.P they were so nice and understanding I had a guy out the next morning at 9am. Thank goodness because I had to get to work. Super nice guy forgot his name but Professional and kind. Thank you Colonial for making it work.
